The Parents & Friends Association is an integral part of the Our Lady’s College and provides a formal structure for parents and others interested in the welfare of the students to participate in all activities and decision making processes at the school and to work for the benefit of the school.
The 2017 Parents and Friends Association have continued to work in partnership with the College Leadership team in providing a quality learning environment for our daughters.
It is important that we as a community are aware of how our contributions are utilised within the school. P & F funds in 2017 were used to purchase addition instruments for the Concert Band which we all agree will be of benefit to the College for many years after we are long gone. A focus for 2018 will be on refreshing the school's sporting equipment. Ongoing P&F funding contributed to the final payment for D block, a project started some ten years ago, as well as the shade sail between the Administration and Barr Smith Block.
Each year we support the New parents BBQ held in the last Friday of February, and coordinate working bees throughout the school year. All parents, students & staff who attend are unanimous in their both their enjoyment of these days and rewarded with the results of the work performed.
As a parent/carer it is a great way to meet other parents, participate in decision making, and promote interaction between home and school, as well as support and work in partnership with the Principal and staff.

Our meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm. Our 2018 AGM will be held 6 November.
