Enrolment Application

From Term 1, 2030, Our Lady's College will transition to a co‑educational secondary model, commencing with Year 7 intake.

This means enrolment places for male students will be available for the Year 7, 2030 intake, alongside female students. This transition forms part of Brisbane Catholic Education's long‑term planning for Catholic secondary ​education in Brisbane's inner‑south and responds to future enrolment demand and evolving family expectations.

During the transition period, Our Lady's College will continue to operate as a girls' secondary college, ensuring continuity of learning, care and wellbeing for all current students.

We will continue to accept enrolments for girls in all Year levels.  Apply now.

We are currently accepting enrolments for boys for the Year 7, 2030 intake (boys currently in Year 3, 2026).  Apply now*. 

Please note applications for enrolment of Year 7 boys in 2030 and beyond is subject to relevant planning approvals. If anything were to change, your application and enrolment fee will be fully refunded.

​We welcome enrolment applications for students currently in Year 2​ and onwards. Applications are submitted via the Online Enrolment Application Form.  Click on the link below to begin.

Collect your documents

Once you submit your Online​ Enrolment Application, you will receive an email requesting the submission of supporting documents. We require the following documents to enrol your child:

  • Identity Document (Birth Certificate, Australian Passport, Citizenship Certificate etc)
  • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable, not mandatory)
  • Last two school reports
  • NAPLAN (Year 3 & Year 5)
  • Any medical or learning reports (if applicable)
  • If noted in your application: legal documentation, medical action plan, student specialist assessments or verification documentation
  • Payment of a non-refundable Application Fee of $110 - click on the link below to access the secure BPoint payment.

​An application will be considered complete once the online application form is submitted, the minimum documents are emailed (identity, school reports x 2 and NAPLAN) and the $110 Application Fee is paid.

Please note: submission of an application does not guarantee an enrolment.

Based on the information supplied in the Enrolment Application, parents/guardians and students may be invited to attend an interview.

The interviews are conducted with a member of the College Leadership Team: Principal, Deputy Principal or Assistant Principals, and take place throughout the academic year. An Evening Enrolment Interview will be offered once a year, in October, to offer families an after hours option.


​​Offer of Enrolment

​Following the interview, parents are advised if their child's application has been successful and a place may be offered.

Offers of enrolment are made by the Principal, taking into account the needs of each student and operating in accordance with the Our Lady's College Enrolment Policy.

​​Confirmation of Enrolment

A letter of offer and Confirmation of Enrolment forms will be forwarded to parents/guardians.

A non-refundable Acceptance Fee of $500 is required on submission of the Confirmation of Enrolment forms.

The Confirmation of Enrolment forms and Acceptance Fee are due by the date stated in the letter of offer. Any delays with returning this paperwork may result in a cancellation of your daughter's enrolment.
